The Stewart Team is excited to announce the return of our Annual Summer Coloring Contest! This community favorite is open to all ages, and we encourage everyone to join the fun.

To make things even more exciting, the first 100 participants to submit a completed coloring page will receive a gift card just for entering. Submissions are due by 5:00PM June 30, 2026. Winners will be notified on July 4, 2026.

Choose the coloring page that matches your age group:

• Pre-K (Ages 0–5)

• Kids (Ages 6–10)

• Kids & Adults (Ages 11 and up)

How to Enter:

1. Download your coloring page from the links provided.

2. Get creative and complete your page using crayons, markers, pencils, or anything else you like.

3. Email your finished entry to valerie@stewartlvrealestate.com.

Whether you're a young artist, a teen looking for a creative summer activity, or an adult who enjoys a relaxing project, we would love to see your artwork.
